Dominating this square is the Palazzo Pubblico – the town hall, where the civil wedding ceremony is held. This is one of the most remarkable town hall and museum complexes, with some of the most famous pre-Renaissance frescos adorning the walls and ceilings Siena makes the ideal location, especially for a smaller wedding party, where the restaurants on the narrow streets, the the warm and welcoming atmosphere evoke and intimate and truly memorable event.
