• Make  sure you have an on site Italian wedding planner present the day of your wedding and that they are responsible for taking care of every detail and checking and double checking everything.
• Carry with you your wedding program.
• Have a written list of requirements for the reception and go over it with your wedding planner several days before you get married.
• Do not allow guests to think the bar is an open bar with unlimited drinks unless you are willing to pay for the additional alcohol they will consume and any damages they might make to the restaurant where the reception takes place.
• If you plan for dancing at the reception ask beforehand if there are any limitations.
• Receptions vary greatly in they will cost. If you are on a limited budget ask for alternative reception locations and restaurants with more reasonable prices.
