Italian Wedding Dinner

An Italian wedding dinner has something that only those that have experienced it can describe.

For one thing in Italy the waiters that serve you are all full time men, and rarely women, that know nothing except how to do their job and do it very well. Their eye is always on the lookout for all the tables they serve and they rarely miss anything that is going on the dinner floor.

Italian waiters do not walk up to serve to you, they dance around from one table to another leaving their newly served dinner courses as soon as the chef has them ready. They follow the rules of good etiquette perfectly, speak almost all modern important European languages and they are able to put up with a very high degree of abuse from impatient Italian customers that are expect more than a miracle from them.

So at an Italian wedding reception or dinner you will have the best service there is and the meals served at these wedding dinners are never the same from one Italian restaurant to another – no two are anywhere near alike – each is unique and different as is the way everything is presented to you.
