Hi Daniela,

I'm sorry for the late reply. We returned from Italy late on Friday evening and today is the first day back at work - back to reality!  I just wanted to thank you so much for everything you have done to make our wedding possible.  We had the most wonderful time and we are so happy that we are now finally married. 

We found that the services that you had provided were excellent, Max was lovely and made us feel very at ease both on the Thursday when we were going through the paperwork at the town hall and meeting with the priest, and also on the wedding day itself.  Please pass on our thanks to him.
 
The church was beautiful, I had only really seen it from the outside previously so it was a lovely surprise to discover how lovely the inside of the church was and also how fabulous the priest was.  All of our guests have commented on how lovely the service was and in particular how good the organist was.  We were very pleased with the organist, he went through the music that we had chosen with us on the Thursday and also made his own choices for parts of the service where he felt that music would be appropriate.  It really added to the atmosphere and occasion.  The flowers were also very beautiful and were exactly as I had hoped. 
 
The photographer was also very good considering the fact that it kept raining on and off.  I hope he managed to keep his equipment dry. (I kept being told that 'Sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata' - fingers crossed!). We are looking forward to receiving the disk for us to choose the prints that we would like and to see how the photographs came out.
 
I am more than happy for you to use my email for couples looking into using your company.  A couple of friends have recently shown an interest in arranging weddings in Italy so I may also pass on details of your company to them if they decide that an Italian destination wedding is definitely what they are going to choose.  I would like to thank you for your prompt responses to my many emails and also for your patience towards the problems I encountered with international banking.

Just to let you know that the photographs and certificates finally arrived and we are really very happy with them.  I can't believe how many photographs there are on the CD!  The photographer captured the day very well and going through the photographs brought back all of the wonderful memories and all the moments that had made us smile on the day.  Our families and friends have also enjoyed looking at these with us.

Ciao Daniela,

Many many thanks for all your help in organising our fairytale wedding. The day was nothing less than perfect.

Nothing could cloud the wonderful wedding we had and I'm just mentioning it as feedback for you, so give me a call tomorrow or so if you'd like more detailed feedback on all the services (The Cipressi manager and the rest of the hotel team were amazing, a great help).

For now, I want to wish you all the best and again thank you for making our dream come true.
