Frank and I returned from Italy on Tuesday, January 6th and today is my first day back at work (ugh).
Frank and I are very pleased with our wedding in Florence. Everything went off without a hitch. Veronica was wonderful - very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. We would not have changed a thing! The photographer and video photographer were very friendly and attentive.
I would be happy to be a reference for you and your company. You can definitely use my email address as a reference.
I am sorry that we did not have the opportunity to meet in person. Frank and I thank you for all of your help.

Civil Wedding in Florence with Reception at a Magnificent Villa
Hi Emma! Everything was truly wonderful! the whole thing far exceeded Jordan and my as well as the guests' expectations. The woman (Amile?) who took us to get the paperwork signed at the US consulate was so efficient, on time, knew where to go, and what to do. She took much stress off of me! The manicure and make-up was perfect. All appointments were honoured and Clara? was great. Ilaria was perfect, she arrived at my hotel with plenty of time to talk about last minute details, she had my itinerary with her, knew all my personal information, and listened and followed through with every request I had. The flowers arrived at my hotel on time (they were beautiful) and so too did the photographer. The photographer was quick, efficient and knew where to go in the short amount of time. The Sala Rossa was so elegant! We (and the guests) were blown away. The official's words were so kind, and the violinist played beautifully. Exactly what we wanted! Afterward the buses for the guests and the car for Jordan and I were on time, and arrived at the Villa Cora at about the same time. The Villa Cora was absolutely amazing! My mom was so thrilled that she chose this hotel for the reception. The grounds were incredible, the food was wonderful and the staff was so accommodating and amicable. The wedding favours were so cute, and I didn't have to worry about a thing....we couldn't have asked for more!
We are so thrilled with everything! It truly was a magical wedding for Jordan and I -something we definitely will never forget. Emma, you were great. You listened to every request I had and followed through with little details...even faxing our hotel with final email responses. All attention to the details made for a great wedding!

We LOVED Italy!!! In Italy alone we visited Firenze, Roma, Napoli, Capri, Venezia...can't wait to go back.

We have just got back from a fantastic time in Italy. We really had a lovely time, thank you very much. I did like my flowers very much. Everything concerning the wedding was fine.
We had a super time at Restaurant Beatrice - the waiter service was excellent, the food delicious and the venue was pretty. I loved the wedding cake - the Torte Chantilly.
The photographer was very good and professional and I can't wait to see them!! Thanks for all your help in organising our wedding and making it special.

It is only five days on and John and I are still talking about how wonderful our wedding day turned out thanks to you and your company. From the first meeting with the lovely assistant who made sure we felt assured and comfortable with all the procedings , to the delicious luncheon at the Beatrice Restaurant and the suprise by the staff who invited us to the rooftop terrace to have champagne whilst overlooking Florence and the surrounding hills.
We thank you for your professional and friendly manner and your prompt replies to all our questions along the way. We can truly say that we felt comfortable to just let the day happen and enjoy it all whilst your staff took charge of the details.
We, our friends and family look forward to receiving the photos and certificates in the near future and remembering our special day once again.

We are back and I am trying my best not to break the spell of our being in Italia.
Gary and I wanted to thank you so much for making our day so memorable, and the experience in making it happen so effortless. Especially now, we could not have imagined doing it any other way. Your choices of "who", "what" and "where" fit perfectly.
First, please give our warmest regards to Paolo Sortino. His genuine personality and attention really made tending to the process of the paperwork a pleasantly interesting adventure. He was a wonderful bridge to help us experience getting married in Firenze as less of an outsider (not having Firenze just be a stage play backdrop).
Gary and I, as well as our guests, are still savoring the delicious luncheon. Your choice of Restaurant Beatrice was perfect-atmosphere, wine, food. The service was attentive, complete and very charming. What made our wedding cake additionally special was meeting the woman who created it. Her enthusiasm was as wonderful as the cake.
Please give our warmest regards also to Mr. Ottanelli-very sweet man who was uncertain about my hairstyle request, but went ahead and did a wonderful job. With patience, we are looking forward to Mr. Mariani's photos. He worked very hard in trying to get the important elements to capture Firenze in our photos amidst the battlefield of the crowds on a wonderfully sunny day. We also loved the experience going to see Sartoria Antonietta for the tuxedo-their knowledge and service was also warm and concise. Inspite of having difficulty in finding their location (we need the assistance of the hotel front desk to call them), the effort was worth it.
The richness of the ceremony really came together with the regalness of the vice mayor and his strong voice, the light guitar and the hall itself. I loved my flowers and am currently trying to dry them to keep-it made it home in one piece.
Please keep us informed of the final marriage certificate that we need to receive from you to be authenticated here. Also, let us know if there's anything else you need from us or we need to do.
Lastly, I need to find out if it is possible to get another certificate, which was on bordered parchment paper, that we received titled, "Il Sindaco della Citta di Firenze". Unfortunately, we discovered the handwritten ink had smeared when we unrolled it once we got home. I was so disappointed when I discovered this. Please let me know if it is possible to obtain another one, or if we need to request this through another methods. It was such a wonderful piece that I wanted to frame.
We wanted to thank both of you again, especially Simona. Thank you for your patience in working with me through the final details, especially up until the day before we left. Most of all, thank you for ordering the sun on the day of our wedding.

Hi Danielle,
David and I strongly recommend using Rosanna as a consultant. Not only did they plan the location of the wedding, but assisted in all the paperwork to make it official in the USA. Rosanna, Laura and Lara all did a wonderful job. Since, I am an artist I wanted to get married in Florence and it was a beautiful place. The Medici Room in the wedding hall is gorgeous. But if you wanted to marry in a church, Italian Destination Weddings could help you with that too. We had our best friends as witnesses and had a beautiful luncheon after the ceremony at Beatrice (Rosanna set this up). I think that was the most beautiful restaurant and the food was amazing. They even made us a wedding cake!
Our photographer was also very good. Our pictures were taken right on the Ponte Vecchio by the Rowing Club, the most beautiful view of the bridge.
Also, we e-mailed all the plans back and forth and I had no worries. I e-mailed a picture of the flowers I wanted and they were wonderful. When we arrived in Florence we had an itinerary from Laura on what paperwork needed to be completed and Lara was our guide taking us to all the offices. Lara was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The night of our wedding we went to a fest with her and her husband and our friends. The only glitch was that our friends did not have a good experience at the Hotel Pendini. But there are many more amazing hotels.
We spent one month abroad and if I would have known how great Rosanna was, I would have had her plan the whole trip!
Feel free to write me anytime with questions. I know how you feel about something so important being taken care of over the internet. I was worried at first, too. The more I worked with Rosanna, Laura and Lara the more confident I was that I'd have a beautiful wedding. And I couldn't of imagined it to be any better. I am a freelance graphic designer and my husband is a computer programmer. Our friends and family had a big laugh that we planned our wedding via e-mail and the internet!

Ron and I had a great day and wanted to thank you for the arrangements and help! We enjoyed the carriage and horse ride to the Town Hall very much! The hairdresser was great and I liked the flowers a lot also. And the ceremony was fun in the red velvet room! I liked the music that was played by classical guitarist - he was very sincere and gave us a list of the songs he sang! We liked the restaurant and the lunch we had - they were very nice to us and even gave us a picture of us cutting the cake they gave us for dessert! The photographer was also very nice and we hope the photos turn out as there should be some fun ones!
Also we enjoyed Iacopo as our coordinator, particularly on the wedding day, he was very sweet and helpful.
Thanks again for a memorable day!

What can we say!!!
Julie and I had an absolutely fantastic wedding in Florence last Saturday. Everything went smoothly, Veronica was lovely. She was efficient, organised and made us feel very well looked after. The Order of Service she organised and had printed was beautiful. The photographer, videographer and car driver were all really kind and made our day very special. They were all relaxed and flexible. We didn't feel rushed or pushed around.
And you even organised the weather!!! Glorious, hot sunshine which everyone said was unusual for Florence in October.
Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to all those involved in our wedding, especially Veronica. We look forward to reliving the whole day through the photos and DVD.
Truly a memorable and romantic wedding, we wouldn't have changed a thing.

Veronica was a great help during the day, managing everything with a sense of humour and allowing us to simply enjoy our day without having to worry about a thing. It was a perfect day. The Villa Cora was simply fantastic.
The food was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of our expectation. The service was second to none with food being served and glasses being filled without you even noticing. We couldn't ask for more.
Thank you once again for a wonderful day that we will not forget for the rest of our lives.
