I am sorry it took me so long to write. I have been very busy since returning to the USA.

Everything was fabulous. Please feel free to use us as a reference. It was a great trip. The hotels were great, the tour guides were great and the restaurant recommendations were great. There is no question that I would use your services again (this was my second time already!).

Amalfi Coast and Tuscany - Italy trip

I miss Italy already!! The trip was truly wonderful. Every hotel was amazing, especially Bucca di Bacco. I was under the impression that you couldn't get us a room with a balcony, but our room had 3 - right in the middle of all the action. We had breakfast overlooking the beach on our terrace every morning!! Our tours were wonderful too. Each tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Helena in Rapallo was sweet and full of energy. Alessandro in Chianti was very funny and knows a lot about wine - he taught us so much! Carmine in Positano was very sweet as well. We loved having the private boat tours! We would watch tour boats go by with a hundred people stuffed in them and feel very grateful we had a whole boat to ourselves!

The cooking course in Florence was perfect. Fabio was VERY serious about the food and teaching us how to prepare it, but he was also very sweet. It was easily the best meal of my entire life!! We're still trying to figure out how we can bring him to the US to start an Italian restaurant in our hometown!! The dinner you arranged at La Cambusa was amazing, the best. I still can't get over the food in Italy!

I had friends who bought me dinners for the honeymoon - one in Florence at Pandemino (spelling?) and one at Hotel San Pietro in Positano. The Florence restaurant was wonderful and the lady who runs the place was very sweet.

Driving around Italy was much easier than the trains. Our rental car was nice and the directions you gave us were accurate. The drivers were a bit crazy, but after the first day it was no problem.

All in all a dream vacation. I would recommend you to anyone planning a trip to Italy. Thank you for everything!!!
