Unique characteristics of the Palazzo Cavalli Wedding Hall in Venice
The Palazzo Cavalli is the most famous wedding hall in Italy. It is a private palace that has been purchased by the City of Venice expressly for Civil weddings. It overlooks the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge and the inside foyer allows you to arrive in a gondola (landing provided). The marble staircase has been lovingly restored and the inside hall is intimate with Venetian furnishings and plenty of sunlight. The walls have frescoes and antique paintings. Guests can be seated or stand. Remember, Venice is entirely built on water, no cars anywhere, this is a kingdom like no other; there is no city like Venice!
