A wedding emergency is dealt with on a case to case basis. We have had emergency situations in the past and we certainly do everything to assist the client in such cases.

IDW realizes this is a very important event in both your lives and every assistance is offered to help find a solution and the situation will be evaluated at the time the need arises. To make predictions or speculations is not advisable. Payments are retained to compensate the work that has been done by us and our service providers.

Example: A photographer who has been booked months in advance and is suddenly canceled last minute cannot accept another job and therefore incurs a loss of income.
