Wedding Planner

Your wedding planner is the person who will be handling everything for you. They are the person that makes things happen. For this reason an explanation as to how we select our wedding planners is appropriate.

All applicants for the wedding planning job must complete an online test that is long and difficult. The average score out of one hundred questions is about forty two correct answers.
Usually anyone with above sixty correct answers is selected for the phone interview.
In the entire history of our operation only three individuals have ever achieved a score of over 70 correct answers.

Because many candidates have trouble answering the questions correctly on the online questionnaire about 70 out a hundred wedding planner candidates are dropped off from the start.

Next we correspond with the remaining applicants and asking them to send us whatever questions they like. From the questions they ask us another 20-25 people are dropped and that leaves us with about 5 or 10 candidates that we interview by phone. After the phone interview only two or three remain eligible for the training which will come next.

From these remaining few individuals we start a training program that lasts for several months after all the trainees have learned how to handle the proprietary software we have developed for the wedding planners. During the training another one or two are dropped.

From one hundred applicants that we start out with, only about one makes it to becoming a recognized Italian wedding planner. And even these wedding planners are still carefully monitored for one or two years or more.

The test and the phone interview are designed to eliminate anyone who is arrogant, proud or has an attitude problem.

In the very end it takes about one hundred applicants to find one a single suitable candidate and over a year to allow them to go solo.
