Pricing for Services

We offer wedding packages for every budget and type of ceremony and the pricing for services varies considerably from one area of Italy to another without any particular pattern except that the places with the greater demand charge more.

There is no minimum amount of services you need to purchase from us and you do not “have to” us the venues “that we have worked with in the past”. You are free to choose your venue from the many that are offered in Italy. Of course we do have certain venues where we have worked with many times before and where we know the personnel very well, but we also work with many new venues every single year.

Pricing is always inclusive of taxes, gratuities and agency fees and there are no hidden or extra costs. 

Your wedding services price is quoted as one number in European Euro; we do not itemize pricing. Our fees are already included in that number. You pay only that amount.

Also you should be aware that prices are subject to change without notice. Have your personal wedding coordinator confirm the price of any package you are looking at. Until a contract is signed and deposit paid the price can change.

There are usually no fees or charges for wedding halls. That does not mean that all wedding halls are free, but simple that we do not charge you to book them for you. We will often do the same for you with the Italian hairdresser or hairstylists – we book services for you without adding any fees.

Pricing on any additional services is quoted per item based on whatever you wish to add.  These extras are invoiced separately.
