Couples not wanting to delve into the legal paperwork issues but still wishing to hold a romantic Italian ceremony with all the trimmings can plan a symbolic marriage in Italy. 

The format is exactly as that in your home country except that it is not legally binding.

A symbolic marriage ceremony is:

• Not held by a pastor or member of a religious community but is purely symbolic.
• We do provide an English speaking officiant
• No paperwork is required
• You do receive a symbolic certificate, in hand calligraphy
• Can be held anywhere you wish, there are no restrictions
• Can follow traditional or non-traditional lines
