US consulates do not marry anyone, nor can they. They simply provide the help necessary for you to complete the paperwork requirements so that a representative of the country of Italy, usually the mayor, can marry you with a civil marriage ceremony in one of the several thousands of public town halls scattered throughout Italy.

After that bring it in and sign it in front of one of the four US Consular Offices located in Italy that we have listed below.
