Wedding Rehearsal Dinner

It is the custom in many western countries to have a special celebration or moment of thanks and appreciation for all those who are participating in the Italian wedding preparations.

This is accomplished by giving all close family and friends a special dinner, a wedding rehearsal dinner in Italy.

In some ways it lays another financial obligation on the couple getting married, but yet it also offers them a time to thanks their family and friends many of which have given substantial help and valuable gifts to the newlyweds.

Later when the wedding and honeymoon is over it will be much harder to ever be able to do that.
